Cooperation with the US client has been a long-lasting relationship since 2012. The client had an e-commerce B2C & B2B platform for e-commerce businesses and decided to develop it. The primary goal was to refresh the system, adopt modern technologies and make it more user-friendly.
The platform has been designed to integrate with different systems and technologies while scaling in the future. The client’s goal was to find an experienced team to support development, using ASP.NET and C#. A modern e-commerce solution capable of connecting with the external CMS Sitefinity, was produced. It had to be integrated with many external services, payment gateways, shipping providers and ERPs etc. Our cross-functional team consisted of six dedicated tech experts, being responsible for CMS integrations and managing the admin panel and the implementation of WebApi. Each of these solutions entailed a dedicated team with the client’s management team leader. As an expert in the IT outsourcing services of .NET developers, we advised the proper cooperation model to suit the client's software project needs.
Everything was delivered within a very tight time frame, and we made useful suggestions for enhancements, which induced the client to decide to develop a new product with us. Following this, we had an opportunity to cooperate with more US clients. We introduced the new product directly to our customer’s clients, which made the original cooperation evolve. We began our collaboration with the client on software development, and we were able to continue our involvement with them for many years.
