KeyFocus is the software that provides the answer to the question of how to solve operational challenges in strategy execution. Its ambition is to provide organizations with the best and shortest way to achieve their objective. The client was looking for a dedicated team that could create and maintain their flagship software product.
Designed, developed and provided both technical and functional advisory for the enterprise-grade software product. We were in close contact with the non-technical product owner and took care of the rest of the software life cycle. We have been translating the needs and ideas of our client into technical solutions that included conceptual work, UX, UI, technical design and actual solution delivery.
We created the SaaS application from scratch, playing the role of a complete IT provider. The Product is successfully used by many organizations in Scandinavia. We continuously improve and maintain the product as well as we built a great relationship with our client that is lasting for over 8 years.
